Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nyanca.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect product
- A brief description of the issue
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll gladly offer you:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement item at no extra cost
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- You provide proof of the issue (photo or video evidence).
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Items returned without prior approval
Processing Your Refund
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original method of payment.
- It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- After this window, the order will be processed, and we will be unable to cancel it.
